H.J. Page, Jr. (Jimmy) began his business in the 1970’s.
In 1984 he was joined by his son Michael and they have been constructing
high-quality custom homes for more than twenty years.
We began building in the River Landing Golf Community in 1997, and
today we build there exclusively. Page Builders has one goal –
to ensure that you have the highest quality service and workmanship
during the home building process. As Mike puts it, “Building
a home is one of the most exciting events of your life and I want
each client’s experience to be an enjoyable one.”
In order to offer the highest services possible we are qualified
and certified NC Real Estate Brokers and NC Licensed Builders.
H. J. Page Builders, Inc. would like to inform you of their many choices
for custom home building. We have plans that can fit in any area of River Landing.
The more economical homes start in the mid 200’s and the estate homes can be in the millions.
Currently, we have 3 large homes under construction. In some situations, we can swap lots with you.
For example, if you have a lot in an area that requires you to build a home more expensive than
what your needs/wants are, we can trade your lot against a new purchase for the house and lot.
Since 1997, H. J. Page Builders has completed over 55 homes in River Landing.
