H.J. Page, Jr. (Jimmy) started his building business in the 1970's
His son Michael joined him in 1984. The two have built custom homes
in four surrounding counties, building primarily in New Hanover
County from 1984-1997. Their quality of craftsmanship and attention
to detail led them to River Landing in early 1997.
